Here’s a simple way to make progress:
- Grab a pen and paper. No screens allowed.
- Write down the top 3 priorities that come to mind. Don’t overthink it.
- Screens allowed again. Skim your digital to-do list for any urgent tasks you might’ve missed. If absolutely necessary, add 1 or 2 more priorities (max 5 total).
- Start working on the first item. When it’s done, cross it off.
- Move to the next item.
