Pen, Paper, Power

Published: at 03:44 PM

Deep down, your mind knows what matters, clearer than any to-do list.

Here’s a simple way to make progress:

  1. Grab a pen and paper. No screens allowed.
  2. Write down the top 3 priorities that come to mind. Don’t overthink it.
  3. Screens allowed again. Skim your digital to-do list for any urgent tasks you might’ve missed. If absolutely necessary, add 1 or 2 more priorities (max 5 total).
  4. Start working on the first item. When it’s done, cross it off.
  5. Move to the next item.
